Introduction to Wine
Tuesday, August 17th, 2010
This is a twelve seminar course on the wines of the world. Seminars will be held every Tuesday beginning on August 17th at the Jackalope Grill in Bend, Oregon from 5:30 to 7 PM. Seminars will include a half hour of lecture and discussion and one hour of tasting of ten wines. Seminars will be limited to 16 people. The cost is $400 per person and includes a copy of the text upon which this course is based, the Windows on the World Complete Wine Course by Kevin Zraly.
